Santo was an integral part of what made our entire wedding weekend an enormous success. He catered our rehearsal dinner, our wedding dinner, and brunch the following day. To do this, he needed to collaborate with not only me and my husband-to-be, but two different sets of parents and an aunt who lived half way across the country. Each of the meals were simply delicious, and we received numerous compliments from
our guests.

Dear Santo and Jackie: We just wanted to thank you again for all of your hard work and dedication in helping us plan our reception. It was such a pleasure to work with you. We appreciated the time you spent meeting and chatting with us when we were first planning the event, as well as the time you took to make revisions to our order as plans changed and guest number fluctuated.
The wedding reception was undoubtedly a success. The efforts of both of you, as well as your staff, before and on the day of the reception were outstanding.
